Personal Use: By default, all commissions are intended for personal use.

Commercial use: If you plan to use the artwork for commercial purposes (e.g., merchandise, profits, advertising), please contact me to discuss licensing fees and agreements. Note: Any commission that does not generate income, such as social media posts or banners, will be considered for personal use.

Delivery Time: Commissions typically take 1 - 4 weeks to complete.

Rush Orders: For faster delivery, rush orders are available for a 25% rush fee. Please not that rush commissions are not available for commissions with backgrounds and complicated requests.

Artist Credit: Please credit me by linking my Carrd or my handles whenever you display the artwork.

Usage Rights: The artwork is for your personal enjoyment (unless agreed on commercial rights and usage) and cannot be claimed as your own or uploaded to any AI platforms.

Free Revisions: I offer 3 rounds of revisions for the sketch phase and 3 minor revisions at the finishing phase. So please let me know the full revision and details before sending to get the most out of the free revisions!

Additional Revisions: Any revisions requested beyond the included rounds will incur a $10 fee per revision.

Refunds: Commissions are non-refundable at the artist's discretion. This applies to both personal and commercial commissions, regardless of any payment method. More info detailed at "Payment and Fees."

Payment: Payments can be made via PayPal Invoices sent by the Artist or through VGen services. Please note: Additional characters are priced at 100% of the advertised price. For example, two full-body commissions would be $100 ($50 x 2).

Policy: To ensure smooth workflow, full payment is typically required upfront before the commission begins. However, payment plans may be available for commissions exceeding $175 USD. Please inquire for more details.

Additional Fees: Aside from revisions. A base fee of $15 will be applied for detailed backgrounds with the final cost depending on complexity and details.

All commissions, regardless of payment method (including those paid outside of PayPal Invoices and VGen) and intended usage (personal or commercial), will be treated equally in terms of payment and refund policies (unless specified otherwise and agreed to by both the Artist and Client). Additionally, all commissioned artwork produced by the Artist will be subject to these Terms of Service.

By submitting payment for a commission, the client acknowledges and agrees to the Artist’s Terms of Service and Guidelines, which are provided with the commission details. This agreement applies to all commissioned artwork, whether for personal or commercial use, and includes all payment methods, such as PayPal and VGen. It remains in effect regardless of any external contracts, except for commercial commissions that are specifically invoiced by the artist via PayPal. The client also acknowledges that the terms of service applies retroactively and can be changed without any notice.

Prior to commencing work, the Artist will require contact information for the Client, including their name, email address, and any relevant social media user names. All contact information will be held securely by the Artist and used for payment retrieval and contacting the Client about commissioned work: it will not be resold, exchanged, or otherwise divulged to third parties without additional, explicit consent from the Client. The Client accepts that all Client information held by the Artist will be held in compliance with the data protection regulations of the Philippines.

Prior to the artist beginning work on the art and character design, both the Client and the Artist have the right to withdraw from this agreement. Where a deposit for the work has already been paid in full or in part by the Client, any full or partial refund of the deposit will be at the sole discretion of the Artist (in compliance with the terms laid down in the section of this agreement titled "Payment and Fees").

In the event that the working relationship between Client and Artist irreparably breaks down, the Artist reserves the right to terminate this agreement. No refund of the deposit will be provided to the Client in this event. At the sole discretion of the Artist, usage and ownership rights of work completed prior to the breakdown in the working relationship may be transferred to the Client. Such transfers may be subject to appropriate compensation, at the sole discretion of the Artist, and any such compensation will be negotiated separately from this agreement as required.

100% of the fee will be paid to the Artist in advance of work commencing as a deposit for the work and will serve as a validation that the terms of service has been fully understood and agreed upon by the Client, regardless of where the Client paid and contacted the artist from.

At the sole discretion of the Artist, this deposit may be refunded in full in the event that work is unable to proceed due to no fault on the part of the Client. Where work is unable to proceed due to fault on the part of the Client, and also at the sole discretion of the Artist, up to 50% of the deposit may be refunded. In the event that a deposit is refunded, whether in part or in full, all currency conversion and transfer fees will be subtracted from the refunded sum. However, all refunds is still up to the discretion of the artist in any case threat, lack of cooperation, aggression, ghosting, and such is experienced by the artist no refund and notice shall be given.

The Artist will invoice the Client for the agreed amount once the scope, pricing, and other pertinent details of the work have been agreed upon has been completed by the Client. Work will not commence until after the invoice has been paid in full. The Client is responsible for paying all currency conversion and transfer fees imposed by the payment service that's included in the price advertised (i.e. Paypal fees).

During the development of the work, the Client accepts that a total of three major revisions will be provided by the Artist during the sketching phase and a total of three minor revisions will be provided by the Artist during the coloring and finishing phase. Any additional revisions requested by the Client at either stage will incur a further cost of $10 per additional revision.

If the Client fails to respond to the Artist’s follow-up within a month, the commission will be canceled without a refund. Additionally, the Artist reserves the right to cancel the commission without a refund if the Client fails to adhere to the Terms of Service, regardless of any external agreements.

If the Artist encounters negative behavior, unprofessionalism, or harassment from the Client, the commission may be canceled without refund, notice, or delivery of any work. Any work already completed will be reclaimed by the Artist, and the Client will forfeit all rights and ownership to it.

To be eligible for payment plans, the total commissions must exceed $175 to quality for payment plans. There are two payment terms available: (1) 2-Payment Term: 50% initial payment, followed by a single payment for the remaining balance, (2) 3-Payment Term: 50% initial payment, followed by two equal payments for the remaining balance. Payments done under payment plans will still follow the terms of service, however are non-refundable once work has commenced. Clients may terminate their payment plan. However, this will not result in any refunds and will result in the forfeiture of any remaining unpaid commission slots.
